Things people ask
Catch or mulch, which should I choose?
Catching takes the clippings away and leaves the lawn clean, which suits long grass, wet grass or a lawn you want looking sharp. Mulching chops the clippings fine and drops them back in, feeding the lawn and saving on green waste. It works best when the lawn is mown regularly and the grass is dry. If you are not sure, Kane will suggest one when he quotes.
How does the quote work?
Call, text or use the form with an address and what you need. For most lawns Kane can price it from a look at the section or a photo. Larger jobs, tree work and clear-outs are usually quoted on site. Quotes are free and there is no obligation.
Do I need to be home?
Not for mowing, as long as the lawn can be reached and any gates are unlocked. Keep pets inside or in a safe spot while the mower is running. Kane will let you know when the job is done.
My lawn is badly overgrown. Is that a problem?
No. Long grass takes more time and is usually caught rather than mulched, so it may cost more than a regular cut, but it is a normal job. Send a photo with your enquiry so the quote is accurate.
Can you do a regular round?
Yes. Many customers book a regular mow, weekly or fortnightly in the growing season and less often in winter. One-off tidy ups are fine too.
Do you take the rubbish away?
Rubbish removal is one of the services offered. Say what you need taken when you ask for a quote and it will be priced in.
